Assuming I spoilt the phone out of my own carelessness I would have taken responsibility. The phone just stopped charging, I totally believed it was the charger causing it. I couldn't fault anything else. I was really surprised when I found out it was from the phone.

But no come put fear for my mind o. I bought mine 4days ago. Sweet phone. Very sweet. Very fine. Light. Sleek. For 5000mah. Wonderful display. Sharpest finger print scanner I've seen. I no be Gionee agent. So i go vex say the phone no come with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. And no condom pouch inside the pack!

But lovely phone.

Beware sha, the Full HD is the biggest enemy of the battery. It makes the 5000mah look like 3000mah. But play music for 1hr, with the screen off, na only 1% go comot. Lovely phone. Amigo OS 3.5 is not bad at all. It's a smart phone.

Yea, I'm using it too. It gets hot occasionally even while you're not charging it. But it'll definitely get hot when you're charging and your fast charge is enabled.

As for the battery not lasting two days..... I think the greatest antagonist of the battery is the FHD screen. I noticed that the screen being on takes a lot of battery.

On Saturday during laundry i was using the phone to listen to music for like an hour without putting on the screen, only 1% was used. I was really impressed. Then other trials showed me that the battery will not last as we want it to if we keep the screen on. Me. I'm a heavy user o. I can press my phone for 12 hours non stop. So, I need a 20,000mah powerbank!

I am a new user of Android having purchased Gionee M6 recently. I just woke up today to discover that my call logs, messages, pictures and notes have all disappeared. I currently very weak thinking of the implications. Please help me if you know any solution to this problem.

So I called and spoke with Justin. He said I should text him some details and that he would follow it up. I have sent him the details, I am hoping something would be done. I had to go back to my old phone.

This phone is just a pain in the assssss...

A phone I bought #105k didn't even stay up to a month before the charging port got spoilt. I went for a new charger, hoping it would work, but nothing happened. I only wasted my money getting a new charger.

My phone has been in their service Centre since last week Tuesday and nothing has been done about it. Tomorrow will make it a week. I have gone to their customer service Centre twice wasting up to #5000 from Badagry.

I have lost thousands of Naira because of the information I have on the phone. I couldn't even charge it to get my information out because it will be on 0 percent forever. A phone that isn't up to two months would have to undergo repairs which is very bad...

Their engineers aren't even that good.. I saw a phone they repaired and I was very upset with the roughness of the engineer's work.

Everybody online is complaining of the same problem. In fact, I met 4 people there that day with the same problem.

Gionee should work on their customer care service. I think it's very very bad, I am not even sure their engineers have the right tools to fix our phones. They have been telling me stories since last week that the materials needed to fix my phone isn't available. It's total rubbish and I will never buy their phones again.

Check the previous page, I was happy to have bought the phone, but now I am regretting it.

One feature I love about this Gionee M6 is that when I am typing a text or doing any other task with on it and a call comes in, the call doesn't terminate the task abruptly but rather it gives the the choice to decide what to do. Whether to pick the call or continue with the task. Thumbs up Gionee.

I bought a GIONEE M5 last week Monday, I decided to buy it because a colleague of mine uses it and I loved it plus i also read great reviews here on nairaland. Before buying the phone my colleague told me her charger blew after a month and when she went to ask for the price of anew charger she was told to pay 4500 naira.yesterday,the following chargers were plugged(gionee,elephone,techno),there was an increase in our current n only my GIONEE charger got blown. Are GIONEE chargers weak, I think the company really need to Look into producing durable chargers. who has experienced such with GIONEE charger.

I'm sure getting mine this January ending by God's grace . I'm disappointed that there is no otg cable inside and no pouch! Please, that flip case is useless. No one uses flip case these days jor!
