The people that I know that are long gone...you think they were fat and obese...more shocking is that the people you expect to go are still alive while others that look fit are died and buried. Check your complete health status...you are go to the gym and still slump at the gym. Healthy Heart is different from Healthy looking, and now you have been served.

Nobody said exercise is an elixir for long life and good health.
Of course there are many factors involved when it comes to life and health.
We are talking about constants and variables here.
The Japanese outlives every other Nation on Earth and it is not purely due to grace .
