The problem with Nigeria is lack of consequences for doing the wrong thing

No body is saying demolishing of houses in Lagos is not ok... What we are saying is the demolishing is occurring in areas occupied by specific ethnicity

There are places with illegal structures that haven't been touched... If it's done holistically no body would complain

But no agabado people want to pretend they don't understand

Areas of what ethnicity? Most of the buildings being demolished are Yoruba owned buildings.

Not sure you know anything about Lagos.

Make we nor our we are tired of demolition news. Where's safe to buy land?
Most people ll say their gazette was from govt. It's like these gazettes changes from one govt to the other.
It's worrisome the way fortunes are wasted in Nigeria.
The man that started building in November 2023 and got his house demolished in May 2024, didn't he notice any fowl play?

Asaba is Igbo land. Igbos can’t discourage Igbos from investing in Igbo land

This madam is talking as if she’s not in nigeria
They’re demolishing land with CofO
What is more diligent than a governor signed the land papers?
They will still break the property if a new governor comes in and falls out of favour with the old one
Elrufai demolished Hunkuyi’s property with CofO
Are you a learner in the lawlessness going on in nigeria?

This 2023 elections really did Nigeria bad. Everything is now about tribe. When I said the government/president should succeed, wahala. Look before you leap with your investment. Wahala. Is it only Igbos that own property there? Mad people everywhere. On both sides.

Hypocrisy and tribalism at its ugliest.
There is only a time distance of two weeks between both posts of hers. She could not hide her bigotry for a little longer.
Where is the hypocrisy in her posts?
Land confiscation is already happening in Lagos and she's warning those in Asaba to be wary of same mistake..
Seems like your own tribalism, is stopping you from appreciating the crux of her tweets..

What is the difference between saying it is risky to invest in Lagos and asking you to do due diligence before investing in Asaba?

Did she say DUE DILIGENCE is only in Delta state?
'No matter where' applies to everywhere.

And why did the tribal bigot never said that for Lagos demolition? Why is she now saying due diligence? And what has the bloody Igbo woman said concerning the demolition going on in Enugu where at least 3 people have died? Igbos and tribalism are like 5 and 6

Do you have data to back that?

Data for what? That Bolaji Ariyo Papi Chula beach was most impacted along the terrain of the Lagos-coastal road or the fact that Deacon Durojaiye built Mende Villa that was demolished?

You bleeped up woman. You should have said 'Invest in Delta State at your own peril'. Her tribes people are here to defend her as usual. Yorubas are the supposed tribalists & bigots. Like Igbos are any better?

YOU must be writing this from ALAIGBO. You guys love to over-bloat your ego with false unverifiable claim. And your problem is you hardly read piece from neutrals (except one brought to your notice by your misleading propagandists) being contented with all false notion rumour mongers praises your tribes with (so much so,that none of you take his/er time to ask critical questions or seek independent verification). What a tribe!

Her husband supports her and its good that she has seen that theyre being attacked in Lagos.

However, igbos getting attacked in Lagos is no big deal, or where are they not getting attacked? They usually become a nuisance and liability anywhere they were previously accepted with open arms. They were dealt with during the civil war that was caused BY THEM, they were attacked in Ghana, South Africa, Pakistan, India etc

Anywhere igbos are attacked, i always know theyre the troublemakers, I DONT BOTHER WHO IS AT FAULT.
