As DHtml as said, phpfox in default does not allow changing of folder names because it will alter the url structure. In order to do this on your own, you will have to edit most files in the phpfox script that links to the folder you renamed.

Before knowing which advise to give, i would love to first ask which steps you have taken at making your website appear on GOOGLE.
