For example, if you ever get around to watching Black Lagoon, make sure you watch the dub.

Sadly I've already watched it in sub. I'd rewatch but the MC was pathetic in every way.

dubbed and subbed have different names for the Characters and Pokémon, with Ash being called Satoshi in Japanese. The dub is more popular because even the games use the English naming for the Pokémon

No wonder it felt weird at first, I was surprised when everyone referred to him as satoshi, I thought I downloaded a ripoff anime at first.

Rainbow Nisha No Rokubou is definitely 10/10. Every element was present they didn't try to hide the ugly parts and show friendship as rainbows and sunshine. This is definitely a masterpiece that everyone should watch at least one in their lifetime.

Literally just search "Houseki no Kuni" on Nairaland and you'll find me glazing this anime for over half a decade along with my other recommendations.

Na that weird one I dey find drop am. I'm generally ok with everything, from redo of healer to campfire cooking in another world, everything except horror not I'm scared oo, I just don't like horror.

I've only seen orb and while it was ok I doubt I'll ever rewatch. I haven't seen the other two yet.

Another thing I also noticed in girls last tour,it was made in modern 2017 yet we got no girl boss vibes,no lectures about how men ruined the world,we don't need men to survive,blah blah fucking blah...,even though I wouldn't terribly mind no lesbianism (Yuri). Just a show about two girls surviving an apocalypse,no politics no bullsït no agenda. Just clean honest to God "fun".

I've been eating real good for a while now and I discovered most by myself. When you ask people for anime recommendations you get the usual ten shonen one fit size fits all list (nothing against shonen) nobody ever mentions land of the lustrous,girls last tour,haibane renme,etc. Most of this anime I discovered by mistake while going through more like this page and there were all 10/10 absolute bangers. God bless Nippon.

Just started Baki and damn... What the actual Bleep what do you mean he punched a polar bear to death or that he caught 200kg arrow(4 bags of rice) with his hands or that he broke into the prime minister office after giving them a heads up just to flex on them. As far as I know, Mihon doesn't back up to your Google Drive. It backs up to your device storage.

Personally, I use Foldersync to sync the backups to my Google Drive.

I know for a fact that I did a backup of mihon last night before formatting my phone yet I can't find it anywhere on my google account. So I'll have to start afresh and I can't remember all the manga I was reading/yet to read so please guys give me some manga suggestions.

Solo Leveling's writing is brainrot and JJK is miles ahead in every way.

Nah, JJK squandered its potential when it decided to become a powerscaler manga after the Shibuya arc.

Wasted characters, plot points that led nowhere, worldbuilding that went nowhere, main characters that went through the whole manga without having a character arc, protagonists losing 50 battle IQ to prolong the final flight, etc.

Gege introduced some really cool characters and concepts that got our hopes up but somehow kinda lost the plot asking the way. Still a fantastic first project and I'm looking forward to his future stuff.

True jjk had it flaws but putting in the same category as solo levelling is where I draw the line. You said it yourself "cool characters and concepts. I mean the students from the other school apart from toji didn't do shit and I actually felt sorry for them. There were some plot holes and unresolved issues like nobara and the gravity/black hole girl. Still a solid anime though.
