please help!!! i got a letter of request for evidence for a birth certificate. i got my parents to go to the national population commission to get me a birth certificate but they were given an attestation of birth letter instead. has anyone used this and was accepted

Hello Good day,
i was unable to upload my photo while completing the Ds160 form (didn't reach their photo qualification). Now my profile shows me that i must bring a 5cm by 5cm passport-like photo on the day of my interview. i have submitted my application and scheduled an interview. Now i see from other posts that if photo is not uploaded with the DS160 and submitted online, i would be turned away on interview date. Please what can i do about this

hello good day, does administrative processing really take up to 60 days ?? Anyone here got theres in a week or two?? Mine are bank statements from texas they need to check to make sure i completed all my medical bills.... its abit frustrating to have to wait for 60 days...

you can apply like you did the first time then opt for renewal via drop box or schedule an interview. however opting for drop box doesn't guarantee automatic renewal. U might been given a 221g letter to schedule an interview. Good luck.

We see from the website that receiving medical care in the United States on a B1/B2 visa is legal. However, cases where you have a 2 years tourist visa which you used for tourism on the first trip, then on the subsequent trip you seek medical care such as fertility treatments but made all payments. Would it be a problem going for a next interview?

Was sent a mail to go collect passport after Dropbox submission with an attached letter asking to schedule 221g interview to speak with a VO and the Visa was approved and issued.

whats the difference between a regular interview and a 221g interview ?

Happened to couple of my friends but i guess they had a different case then.

Email came in yesternight and Passport already collected today.
The interview dates on the profile says May 2019, and travel planned for March 2019.

hi did you get a mail rescheduling your interview date or is it still on May??

My situation is this. My husband is a lpr who has filed i 130 for me. Anyone know if I can successfully get a visa with a pending i 130?

Also when applying, should i use my statement or my husband statement since he is the one sponsoring me and the trip. My statement of account is not too adequate. I am also a hair dresser, are there any documents I can use in backing this up in terms of my job?

once i 130 is filed, u are not entitled to apply for visa because you will be refused by the VO.

Hello Good day everyone. my story is quite strange. I got a 2 years US tourist VISA in 2016 to expire november 2018. Have travelled twice with the visa and was planing my third travel right around when the visa would expire so i opted to renew it via dropbox even before it expires. When i got my passport i saw a 221g letter attached to it asking me to schedule an interview.... i didn't know wrong i did. was very disappointed. i ended up still travelling with my visa because it had 3 months still valid. Reaching d border, i was interviewed as usual and passed through with ease. Made me even more confused why my visa wasn't renewed via dropbox. Now this is what you have to know too, i got a new passport with my surname changed (because am married so wanted to answer my husbands name). My husband however is an American with a foreign name. So have been thinking if my change of name on my new passport had something to do with my visa not renewed. I scheduled my interview on april with the first available date that i saw.... Just few days ago i received a mail from the embassy that they have rescheduled me for next week..... bringing my interview date closer ...lol i don't know what i did to them. am confused....

any advice please? thank you
NB: never overstayed, first trial i got the visa so not been rejected before, have a good travel history.
