The post is misleading. Which one are you advertising?. Is it the Egbeda or Ikeja property?. There seems to be a disconnect between the topic and the body.

I guess prepaid meter is the solution.

As for me and my family, we recharged with N3k (Three Thousand Naira) in April and yet to be exhausted. We re staying in a 2br flat with the use of refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, etc. Though not with the use of AC and electric cooker. We also use energy saving bulbs and only put them on when needed.

Also, once the refrigerator is left on throughout the night (all the things would have been blocked), I put it off in the morning and on it back @ night. Though, this depends on what I'm having in it.

@ Op, I will advise u opt for prepaid meter and try to
conserve power as much as possible.

Power supply is also constant in my area now.

There is a 3bedroom flat within a block of 4 flats, ground floor, front wing vacant @ Shasha, Lagos. N300k. A year rent is acceptable.

Why can't you just ban these people whose lives depend solely on gari, permanently. I mean this thing is getting out of hand and nobody seems to be doing anything about it.

Please what is the yardstick for determining 3 Adverts per day, does it include refreshing of post by the poster of a particular topic or just posting 3 different topics in a day?

Also, is the per day based on 24hours or on a daily basis? For instance, if I post a topic by 4pm today, what time can I post the next day?

I have also noticed an influx of Hausa Beggers along the Cement-Mangoro axis on Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.
It's really giving me a lot of concern because even Egbeda bus stop is not speared of this menace.

@ Lawyer. Please I have not been able to acess the property section through my profile and I understand that I have been banned for posting more than three advert per day an allegation which I still find difficult to believe.
Please note that I have always been very careful about the number of advert I post per day ever since II was banned sometimes this year.
Kindly lift the ban imposed on me to enable continue to take advantage of the property section.

Meanwhile, the effect is not only on posting but also inability to view my posts and other peoples' posts under property section.
