This should be an example of proper stewardship of taxpayer funds and should be studied in policy and business schools. It's not the first or only State investing and reaping dividends, but it's an example to showcase amongst others.

The so-called fact check goes ahead to confirm that indeed the funds were invested and are indeed yielding a dividend for the people of Anambra.

The banks that have invested in the State have created jobs and revenues, but the fact-checkers major in measuring what does not count.
