Please does anyone know how I can reach VFS Abuja? They are not taking calls on their official line. I paid for the courier service for passport delivery since last week and I have not heard from them.

I submitted in May, no response from IRCC up till now. I don't know what I didn't do right.

You submitted August 8th. I submitted July 3rd. We have people on this platform who submitted June who are yet to get a decision or an update on their application. Also, IRCC has increased their processing time for Nigeria from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. If we are to use the usual 6 weeks to evaluate your application, you're still a week and 2 days away from panicking. Now that processing time is 8 weeks, you're 3 weeks and 2 days to be anxious about your application. I'll advise you to relax and take your mind off the application. Do some fun activities while you wait. When it's exactly 8 weeks and you haven't gotten an update, you can send a webform. Don't get yourself anxious on what you don't have control over.

I have been waiting for mine for over 3 months now. So you understand? I am beginning to wonder if they have even forgotten about my application.

I am happy to share the good news that my PPR letter landed early this morning.

I submitted all the requested additional documents with a truthful LOE to IRCC, and the caring Lord answered my prayer. Alhamdulillah, all glory to Him.

I will be back soon with lessons learned. Thank you all and I wish the hopefuls the best of luck.
