What stop our government from building refinery in all the states of the federation. We have the resources and capacity to achieve that. This will go along way to address most of our problems. Like Unemployment, power supply, Fuel shortage. Revenue generation. Instead the govt is thinking of removing Fuel Subsidy, Rebuilding Toll Gates, increasing Electricity tariff, Renewing Drivers License and Plate number, Stopping the importation of rice. What a shame!! We must rise up and resist this abnormally with all totality.
