hello all this guy said he has panasonic laptop to sell for me for 40k brand new wc we later negotiated on 38k because he said that the laptop came with external hard disk , and moderm , so wen i paid the knwn sum to him after a day wat i only saw in the package was the laptop, charger and manual , wen i i called him he said that i sud pay for the external hard disk seperatly ,,,  and that was the main reason why i bought the laptop , actually it is brand new , pls all help me ask him to gv me the things he promised, |
