One of them on Jiji posted a pup for sale and indicated Kubwa as his location.
I contacted him, asked for the exact location so I can physically inspect it and pay.
He gave me an address in Plateau state and assured me that he can waybill the pup to me in Abuja.
He went ahead to share a poorly staged video of another man who claimed to have bought puppies from the seller and got them delivered to him in Abuja.
I asked for the exact location of the man in the video, the supposed seller went mute.
