What nigerians want to read is “buhari freezes all nnpc illegal accounts” or something like that. We just have to admit it that buhari can't cope with modern day trend of doing things and governance . if he lies to us ,he won't be the first president to lie and neither will he be the last and for ur information all politicians are chronic liars ,it goes with the job. Now back to the issue of accounts,I have stated my reasons of the possible things that can cause undeclared bank account. But it is impossible to open an official bank account for a corporation like nnpc and operate it without the cbn or nnpc knowing about it. If it happens then the cbn,ministry of finance,nnpc are all involved , we aren't talking about a savings account here this is far bigger than that.

Yes it is possible for NNPC not to know all their accounts because these "unknown" accounts were opened by top officials of the corporation in the name of NNPC but were never recorded in its account books but money would be diverted to such accounts by the officials running things in the company.

Ever wondered where the $20 billion dollars went instead of the NNPC accounts made available to the CBN and ministry of finance?

I won't argue with u on this ,but if u ask anyone in the civil service they will tell u it is totally impossible . No official can open an account for nnpc and ask companies to pay nnpc monies into it ,who will issue out the receipt ?nnpc accounting goes far beyond what u are thinking.

number 1,it is impossible for nnpc not to know all their accounts, isn't there an accounts department? The only way nnpc will have an account and not know about it is if the accounts wasn't nnpc . For pete sake ,ppl should think before believing everything they read. Yes ,there may be numerous accounts and many of them may be shielded by corrupt nnpc officials but that nnpc doesn't know is totally absurd and impossible. How can an account be operated on behalf of nnpc without nnpc knowing about it? Who opened it? Which monies are bEen paid into them ? It is absolutely impossible .

I won't be surprised if ministers are even given security votes. Buhari should reveal how much is appropriated to his office as security votes too. The rep was right but many are blinded by sentiments and party affiliation,corruption in nigeria is endemic .edo 1billion naira monthly,no wonder he became so rich he had to travel to find a lady worthy of his standards. Naija is in deep shit and yet these governors are owing 7 to 13months worker salaries oooo !!

contributory factor ,yes . But not the main determinant factor,rigging was what eventually won the elections for ajimobi.

400mllion naira is about 2million dollars !!!! What are they securing? The problem with nigeria is system. This nation needs a total overhaul and restructuring. The rep made some very important point ,what is a governor collecting 200million naira monthly as security votes for and local govt chairmen 2million naira monthly 2million naira monthly for 700 lgs equals 1.4billion naira monthly and most states don't even have lg chairmen because the govs refused to conduct their elections,but 200million naira monthly as security votes for each gov is a bloody waste of money. Let's see how buhari will stop ambode and northern apc govs from taking this security votes. Barcanista was right all along

All these figures does not justify non payment of salaries, 30% reduction from federal can easily be covered by igr within each state . But aregbesola was lying just last week that oosun state allocation was slashed from 4.5billion to 560million that is almost 95%. Which means osun state is still collection enough allocation to pay up his civil servant. The question is where is the money still going ? How much loans did aregbesola take ,what did he use it for?

Ajimobi of oyo state is going . Enough of apc nonsense in oyo state .
