Yes you can track it. After making your payment for the green card, you can start checking by logging into https://elis.uscis.dhs.gov . It will be displaying "Your application/petition has been accepted and is pending review" some days after your payment. Later it will "change to card produced". You will get your card within 3 days of seeing card produced.

Gud9t hse,pls i was trying to check my green card status but it is asking me to log in my email and pass word,when i submited my email and entered correct password it den said my email or password is not correct,i've been trying several tyms but the same thing,or pls its my bro who used his card to pay my uscis fee for me before i was coming,so should i use my bro email adress dat he used to pay for the green card or................?
