After few months of waiting, at last Whatsapp has officially rolled out the Revoke feature which allows you to Unsend or Recall sent messages to recipient . Though this feature has likely hit GBWhatsapp latest version , and now it's available on the official Whatsapp version on App stores for Android, iOS including Windows phone. In this post, I'll explain everything you need to know about the latest Whatsapp revoke feature and how you can use it. Before I start, let's see the things we need to know about this latest recall feature from Whatsapp. 1--You cannot recall a broadcast message 2--You can only recall a message sent between 1-7minute. After 7 min, the message won't be able to recall 3--You must install the latest whatsApp to enjoy this feature 4--You and your recipient must have updated to the latest whatsapp to fully enjoy this feature 5--This feature doesn't work on Symbian phones. Now that we've known the important things about Whatsapp revoke feature, let's see how to make use of it. Kindly follow me along. What is the Official name for this Feature? It is called Delete for Everyone or Delete for me . The Delete for Everyone feature works for any message type in WhatsApp: text messages, images, videos, GIFs, voice messages, contact cards, files, locations, quoted messages and status replies. This is particularly useful if you sent a message to the wrong chat or if the message you sent contains a mistake. How to Delete Message For Everyone 1--Open WhatsApp and go to the chat containing the message you wish to delete. 2--Tap and hold the message > choose Delete from the option. Optionally, select more messages to delete multiple messages at once. 3--Then tap Delete >> Delete for everyone. Deleting messages for yourself allows you to delete your copy of messages you've sent or received from your phone. This has no effect on your recipients' chats. Your recipients will still see the messages in their chat screen. One of the things to avoid when buying a new phone is falling a victim for the fake ones because counterfeiters are restless in cloning fake phones. When the decision comes to buy a phone, the first plan is to avoid the fake one. Sometimes, we make a week long consultation just to make sure we don't buy a fake phone and is very painful when one buy a fake phone especially with hard earned money. How You Can Identify A Fake Itel, Infinix and Tecno Smartphones 1. The Phone Pack: Most fake smartphones looks strong and thick to even differentiate them from the original one. They are called "COPY", they are strong with high Android operating system (OS). To avoid buying this type of fake phone, firstly, identify the model of the phone and copy the name and model number, take it the market and buy the pack first. Before you pay for the phone, remove it and check the charging point, ear phone and volume control keys. If they did not fit in properly, it's a copied or cloned phone because copies don't have same fitting as the original phones. 2. The Warranty Seal: The seal can be found on almost all phones, is carefully placed above a screw at the back of the phone. Next time you want to buy a phone, check and examined all the screw holding the phone, you will see a warranty seal covering one of them and if you can't find this seal, the phone is a copied and might have even been used before. 3. Network Promo Label: This is another sure way to identify and spot a fake Itel, Infinix and Tecno Phone. They come with either MTN, Glo and 9mobile (Etisalat) label promo sealed inside their pack. I've never seen a "Copy" with a promo label but if you find the promo seal you are buying an original phone. Stick to these guides and you will never fall victim of buying a cloned or copied Itel, Infinix and Tecno phones. Is it helpful? Which other ways have you spotted a fake phone, share your experience to help others and remember to share this article to your friends (there is love in Sharing). Just few days ago MTN slashed the N1000 plan of 1.5GB to 1GB all day and 500MB which is usable during the night from 1AM - 5AM. Same goes to the N2000 plan too. Now, MTN has officially released a new data plan again. Some subscribers has already received a text message regarding this new data plan. MTN NG has officially added a new data plan that gives you 1.5GB for N1200 which is usable all day and valid for 30 days. This new data can be used in the day time and during the night. It will work on all Internet enabled devices like Android, iOS, Windows phone, Tablet and even on Laptop. www.nairaland.com/attachments/6073573_screenshot20171007161340_pngfb21764ccfb2822978b474c659d928b5 You can dial *131# , reply with 1 and then with 2 to see the new data plan.. But wait, do you know that you can get double of that 1.5GB data for the same amount which is N1200? That is: a whooping 3GB for N1200 valid for 30 days. source :- http://afribaze.com.ng/Thread-MTN-Introduces-New-Data-Plan-1-5GB-for-N1200 |
