This is the simple method I used to cook Goat head with bitter leaf. Few weeks ago, I went to drink on a weekend. I asked for pepper soup, they said it's finished. That, they only have Goat head. I ordered for a plate of Goat head and I like how it was prepared.

They did not prepare it like the usual Isiewu that is prepared with the Goat brain. In this case the brain is removed and they added bitter leaf. Few days later, I went to the market and buy 2 Goat heads. Which I used to prepare a replica of what I was served at the Bar.
