He said 4years multiple entry... But please guys advice me if Visiting Visa can be changed to work or study on the person is there?

Please guys I really need an anwser.

2 visa agents promised me Canadian Visiting visa that will be valid for 4years, my worry is that I don't plan to come back anytime soon

Both assured me that once I arrive Canada with visiting visa they have contacts there that will help me to get work then I can change to work permit.

Please is it possible to change from Tourist visa to Work permit once I'm already in Canada?
