i included both my school and jamb admission letter..plus academic transcript.dats all.. Also..dont forget to include photocopies of the small slip u were given during the exams.. I think dat was d additional documents i presented and submitted.. By d way... Abeg who knows when payment would start..does it usually take long from when u fill the acceptance form....
