Yes they did but it's looking like OKX refund process wasn't the end of it all
This Bybit customer care is the most useless I've ever seen
My coins were refunded and it didn't reflect on my dashboard
Tried to fill a refund from external exchange form but it kept telling me my transaction can't be found.
It's so bad that I'm still on it presently and those idiots didn't reply my Gmail.
