1. I have a TBILL in my business name which is a sole proprietor. It is me trading under the guise of another name.
If the bank gives me reference letter stating that it is a sole signatory account and I have unlimited access to the funds wouldn't it be acceptable as POF

2. My spouse is yet to change her maiden name because we got married 3months ago. Would I need to process the name change before applying or just continue with her information as is on my EE profile

Greetings gurus in the house,

Please I need clarifications on some issues.

1. POF - Do you guys foresee any issues with scattered POFs for me and my spouse.
She has a fixed deposit with some mortgage bank, while I have Tbills with 2 separate banks maturing Oct. 12 & Nov 30 2017 respectively.
One of the t-bills is my business name(side business) although am the sole signatory and CAC docs as well bears my name alone. Can this arrangement fly?

2. Marriage Certificate - We got married @ ibeju/lekki LGA earlier this year and if the court judgement is anything to go by then it will affect us because we have the unified marriage certificate that doesn't conform with Form E

i need clarification on this suppose nullification of marriage certificate issued by local government.

got married sometime in March this year at ibeju lekki marriage registry

i have used my marriage certificate to process a couple of application.

please if i go for reissue hope the marriage date wouldn't change

will the date of marriage remain the same
