Agodi gate when u get there just ask the direction to the immigration office.
The max cost is #30000 though i did mine #22000 bcs i did knew someone there.

As regards undergraduate transcript.... The certificate /result you're submitting is your O'level and the explanation of your grade is given right at the back page of the cert. So technically you don't need any 'transcript' as an Undergraduate applicant... it wasn't your sec. School that tested you for your cert.. it was those examining bodies... You can get your results like 'kingramonkan ' advised but As an Undergraduate applicant that isn't mandatory.. the Certificate's back page offers the explanation for your grades.. make a photocopy of the backside n submit it along with other documents..

so we can submit only our waec result as transcript

Both undergraduate and postgraduate are to submit transcript.
For undergraduate u just have to go to ur secoundary school and they are to bring out ur results in ss1 and 2 result and that would serve as ur transcript.
About the coming out of this year form,i think kayoph said dayboywizzy would inform us when it is out.

There is a place "usually" in the form where you are told to enter your grade in %.. So i think that's the reason why we are converting it to %...

Yea i submitted my O'levels and A'levels cert. .. But really.. i think its the O'level that matters..I just submitted it to fulfil the righteousness of it because i had a post_high school education that is relevant and because i believed it might aide my chances(Anyway i wouldn't say it did and i wouldn't say it did not) but the other guy i know that got in for B.tech under the scholarship didn't use A'levels, Just his O'level...

However if you have it.. i think you should add it to other academic certs you will be submitting.. If you don't have i don't think it matters too..

All thanks to God, i left on 15 ... It's okay... I'm a B.Tech student so I'll say thier high school system is a bit above our O'level but i did A'levels so it helped bridge the gap... Classes has been going on for 2weeks now.. so I have a lot to catch​ up with... It's currently hotter than normal here with regards to temperature due to the current season... And the people I think they are willing to help as have seeked directions from a lot of people and they are have a willing heart... No body going a different direction can walk you for a kilometer + in Lagos to get you to a location... Lol.. but someone did that here.. so it was suprisingly interesting.. Have you heard anything from the embassy sir?

About conversion of result to %.. for my O'level: i went to the WASSCE site and checked the percentile for my grades.. added them together and i found the average... so i used the average %... Concerning that of the Bachelors degree grade point conversion.. some couples of ways were posted on the forum but i think the CGPA/perfect grade point * 100 should do that.
