I got a mail from you that I should carry out the withdrawal and that my ID card has been verified. Your system refused to allow me withdraw yesterday again. I carried out a withdrawal today and I am still getting a payout declined response with a feedback telling me to provide an ID card. How many times am I to provide an ID card? The first slip contains about 9 games with odds less than 1.3. So many 1.18, 1.09 odds.

The second slip contains one 1.09 odds and the games are not up to 8 sef. There will be no cash back.
