Mobinga: So niggas go from S3 to a Note 2 and now they want to move to an S4.Maybe...the gullible ones! I see no advantage the S4 has over the Note II Some of the software features on S4 might eventually be updated on the Note ll, and probably the S3. Once you go big...ain't going back to small. The Note III it is... |
jedisco: Well... that's not true. You really think so? Rumours are rife, that Samsung is planning to ditch the plastic body, for a premium metal casing. Like I said, it's just rumour, but I wouldn't be surprised if it happened, cos people have really complained about how cheap, the plastic body feels and looks on the Galaxy series. Fingers crossed, Samsung uses premium metal on the Note 111 |
LastApostle: What do you expect of homo sapiens(women) satan shared 'apple' with.I couldn't agree more! |
I think it's the suspension. Once the suspension is broken, that is what you get! I don't know why the suspension problem is common with Hondas. |

Disclaimer: this thread wasn't created for the sole purpose of taking a dig at women, rather; to help answer some questions about the female gender, and why men simply can't live without women! Back to topic: I simply ask this question, because; there are so many things wrong with women, yet men can't live without them, which begs the question: are women necessary evils? I don't really want to go into specifics, about the various vices of the opposite sex, which may be seen as a 'stereotypical rant from a man', but I'm sure, that most men on here, know exactly what I'm taking about. The whole nagging, bitching, false accusations, envy and jealousy, demanding, insatiable, materialistic, petty lies, pretence, stubbornness, and the list goes on, *wipes face*...yet; men simply can't do without the services (cooking, house chores, and s-ex) of women! I know that most women reading this would dig up the 'cheating argument', but hey...let's not forget that women also cheat, just that they do it more discreetly than men, but cheating is cheating nonetheless! So I ask once more: are women necessary evils? Sound off... |
N800, 000 for a '11 Accord? Is this a typo? This is simply too good to be true! If actually this car is going for that price, then I suspect it's a flooded car... even at that, it's still too cheap for that amount, especially here in naija. Come out clean and give us the full details of this car. |
I thought as much! Thanks for your input. ![]() |
Hi all, just like any other forward-thinking business oriented person, I'm looking forward to establishing my own business, and I've decided on what to do with my money. Like all businesses, the initial stage is full of apprehension and uncertainty, in regards to how well the business would perform, both in the short and long term. Setting up a business is never an easy thing, it has its challenges: Firstly-Capital, Secondly-business idea. Some have the capital, but no strong business ideas, while some have the ideas, but no capital to turn their ideas into reality! I am blessed to have the access to capital to set up my business, but it's really been a struggle to come up with a solid business plan. Recently though, I finally came up with an idea... to be a distributor of cable wires for building! I did some market research on cables, and noticed that Nigerian cables are preferred to imported cables, so I turned my attention to a company that produces locally made cables at Nnewi... After a brief chat with the company, I was told that someone else already distributes their products in owerri, but that if I don't want to buy from them, I can write an application letter and bring it to their office at Nnewi, after which they will come and assess the store/showroom, where I intend to use for the distribution of their products. To cut the long story short, does anyone know how good the cable business is? Is it worth investing my time and resources? I simply made the decision to be a distributor of cables, because there are so many building projects going on in owerri, which I believe would be my niche market. I also have some contacts, who are handling big government building contracts. Besides these favourable factors, how good is the cable business from your point of view, and any suggestions on any other product to distribute on a wholesale basis? Thanks for reading, and thanks for your inputs! Thoughts? |
Ok, all you petrolheads and car enthusiasts, Pardon me if this topic has been done before, but I was just wondering... between the '03 FX45 and FX35, which is more reliable?! I've done some online research, and found out that the '03 FX45 is more reliable, and has less issues than its sister. However, I've noticed that there are more FX35's on the road than the more reliable FX45, which begs the question; if the FX45 is the more reliable machine, why are there more FX35's on the road? My only explanation to this could be the v6 engine, which the FX35 has, which also means it consumes less fuel than the more powerful V8 Fx45. Thoughts? |
Gbyte: The reason why there is an option of jailbreak is to do anything u like with your phone, what else do you want ?True, but how many iphone users know how to jailbreak their devices, or are even willing to? It all sounds easy, but believe me, not everyone would want to go through that process, especially; as it voids the warranty. My wife owns an ipad, I told her about the whole jailbreak thingy, she seems interested, but the question is: is she really willing to go through such...? Why go through the whole process, especially as it voids the warranty, when you can have it free from the box? Did I go through any process to make my Android device free? NO! Did I go through any process to make my BlackBerry free? NO! We all have choices, but making a good and wise choice is what makes the difference! |
Francheezy: ogami.......no b fyt naw...nawa 4 u ooohYes, no be fight, but you were indirectly trying to take a dig at me, by questioning my intelligence, about the iphone. I have zero tolerance for any form of attack! Be warned...I bite!!! |
Francheezy: do you even kn0w w0t dIf you don't have any meaningful thing to contribute, then do yourself a big favour and shut it! What type of silly question is that..."Do you even know w0t d 'I' in apple devices stands for? Engage brain, by contributing sensibly. Oh, lest I forget, the answer to your question: http://www.mobilespoon.net/2011/08/what-meaning-of-in-iphone-ipad.html?m=1 Happy? |
Gbyte: I wanted to read all the conversation on this thread before replying but this person here, yes YOU won't just let me. One thing I try not to do is say something I don't know. Check all of my posts and threads, I would only tell what I know. For you to have said iPhone would send files to another iPhone through Bluetooth has shown ME you don't even know what you are saying, you've not even been close to the phone let alone touch it. Quote me anywhere "unless jailbroken, even am iPhone wouldn't send files to another iPhone " that said, why do we all keep saying one thing over and over again, it's not new to iPhone users that an iPhone would not send anything to you through Bluetooth unless jailbroken, even the super Nokia that works so well with Bluetooth has now restricted sharing files with Bluetooth now; ask Lumia users, I have one so I know what am saying .Yes, you're right to an extent, I have never owned an iphone, but that doesn't mean I haven't used an iphone, or any other Apple product, which all run the same ios. I may have been mistaken, about the sharing of files between 2 iphones, but I know there are games you can play with other iphone or ipad users via bluetooth connection, hence; my assumption about sharing files... my bad! Anyway, by pointing out the lack of file transfers, via bluetooth; even between the iphones, that clearly highlights what everyone has been lamenting about... RESTRICTION! I don't care what their motives are for these restrictions on their products, but what I do care about is the freedom to do WHATEVER I want to do with and on my gadget, not what the company thinks I should or shouldn't do... Now; that's a deal breaker! Having said that, life is all about choices, and as seen from the sales of iphones, it's clear that so many are willing to live with the restricted operating system Apple offers. On the other hand, I also believe that people should be free to do what they like with their smartphones. Why pay astronomical price for a gadget, only for you to realise that it can't even perform one of the basic functions of a phone? It just doesn'tmake sense...does it? I've been an avid BlackBerry user, but I decided to test the waters, and the Android platform gave me the type of freedom I enjoyed on my BlackBerry. It's your choice....'nuff said! ![]() |
ios (Apple software) is very restricted! Like some posters have already pointed out, you can't even perform one of the basic functions of a phone, that is: send files to other phones via Bluetooth from the iphone to other phones, but you you can send between two iphones. There are other restrictions such as: inability to customize your phone's homescreen, which Android users are capable of...the list goes on. So, if you're the type that just wants to feel cool by showing off your smartphone, at the expense of productivity, then maybe the iphone would suit you, on the other hand, if you want unlimited freedom with your phone, where the impossibility is possible, look no further than any Android smartphone, mustn't be a samsung, there are other cool Android handsets out there... Sony xperia, HTC one etc. |
Blov: yes it is very possible,i ve been using it fo a very long time now. jus dat u must ve a BB dvice and also b in a 3G area to make it favor u! D trict here is dis; put ur glo line into ur android and set d APN to blackberry.net, and check it,bt leave every other thing the way it is. I have a serious question, does the GLO BIS still work on other devices, especially:Android? I tried the MTN one, and it worked like a charm, but the problem is; I don't want to go back to my MTN line, the network service is just pathetic! So could anyone enlighten me, about the possibility of using a GLO BIS on Android. Cheers! |
