💰 How You Make Money (₦10,000 per Referral)

You earn ₦10,000 for every successful referral, but here’s what “successful” means:

Step-by-step process:
1️⃣ You introduce a real estate agent or landlord to our platform
2️⃣ They download the app and register
3️⃣ They actively use the app for at least 3 days
(This shows they are genuinely interested, not just testing)
4️⃣ They become a paying user OR actively engage with the platform

✅ Once all these are completed →
🎉 You earn ₦10,000 for that referral
🎯 What Your Job Really Is
Find real estate agents / landlords
Explain how U Estate helps them grow
Guide them to sign up
Follow up to ensure they actually use the platform
That’s it.

📊 Example Earnings
If you bring:
1 successful referral per day → ₦10,000
= ₦300,000/month
2 per day → ₦20,000
= ₦600,000/month
5 per day → ₦50,000
= ₦1.5M/month 🚀

⚠️ Important Notes
Payment is only for active, genuine users
Fake accounts or inactive users won’t count
Quality > Quantity

🚀 Why This Is a Big Opportunity
Real estate agents NEED tools to grow
You’re offering something valuable, not just selling
No limit to how much you can earn
Fully performance-based, your effort = your income

I am seeking a highly organized Lead Coordinator to manage the closed testing phase of a new Android application. This is a requirement for the Google Play Store’s 14-day testing policy.
Note: I am hiring ONLY ONE person. This person will be responsible for recruiting and managing 14 unique testers.

The Project Scope
Duration: 14 consecutive days.
Task: Each tester must open and interact with the app for at least 5 minutes daily.
Quantity: 14 distinct testers with 14 unique Android devices.
Management: The Coordinator must set up a WhatsApp group to track daily compliance, answer tester questions, and provide proof of activity.

Rules & Requirements
Strictly Android: All testers must be using Android devices.
Unique Users Only: 14 distinct individuals are required. I will not accept one person using 14 different phones or emulators.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: If even one person misses a day, the 14-day counter resets. The Coordinator must ensure 100% compliance from all participants daily.
Retention: The app must remain installed on all 14 devices for the entire duration of the exercise.

Payment Terms
Budget: ₦100,000 (Fixed).
Schedule: Payment is strictly after completion (once the 14-day testing period is successfully verified by Google Play Console).
Disbursement: The total sum of ₦100,000 will be paid directly to the Lead Coordinator, who will then be responsible for distributing it to their team.

How to Apply
If you have a reliable team or the capacity to organize 14 dependable people immediately:
Briefly state your experience in coordination or app testing.

Drop your WhatsApp number below. I will reach out to the most qualified candidate to start immediately.
