So sad I was refused visa into Australia cos of their irrelevant reasons but I give God glory in everything and also ain't gonna give up.. Are there chances of one getting Visa if I apply to another school for masters?

Hello all.. Please I need to be advised on a particular issue. Its been more than 3 weeks now I was told on my Immiaccount that my application has been finalized and up till now I haven't received any letter or mail from them. I keep checking both my inbox and spam but can't find anything there.. Please what do I do? Does it mean it wasn't granted?
