And so we designed an ultra modern mixed school complex for a client earlier this year. Although the design requirements were enormous, we decided to narrow it to the constraints of what leadership holds for a nation and how the school system could be engineered to achieve true leadership.
We achieved this by the interplay of light and material context (aesthetics), hierarchy, efficient circulation and accessibility (for administrative supervision) In a bid to create a balance between academics and healthy socialization (a factor for creating bonds amongst peers)

PROJECT: 7 bedrooms maisonette.
Client wanted a complete alteration of his existing modern home into a trending contemporary style design. Some added features are the introduction of a front sitout/balcony on existing car porch and converting the garage into a habitable space. Close shading with overhangs, sun breakers and brise soliel help maintain the comfort of the inhabitants especially in a harsh climate the site is located.
Also the introduction of wider openings with clear glazing along the south facade make for good visibility and ventilation.

Hello fam...., Found this masterpiece in our archives. It's a wellness center designed for a client, name and location withheld as can be seen in updated 3ds. Someone can be interested in this piece.

NOW WE ARE TALKING!
We found out that most Nigerians can start a building project but are only scared to buy lands especially in FCT where God gave us at least 100 ha, since we came to this world empty and will exit it empty, how we affected other lives with what God gave us is what counts not what we amassed, so in the light of this, we have decided a pilot project of giving out land free ONLY to those ready to build to lintel level right about now.

THE TERMS

1---- The land is free, but u will be mandated to start immediate project with us, we are building a 4 bedroom pent house to lintel level for u at the cheap rate of 6.5M only. This payment is towards the house building nothing is paid for the land.
2----- An additional infrastructure fee of 500k from each prospective subscriber ( plots) to do the estate infrastructure

3----- That we Ekklasia properties limited will be the sole developer of those properties, you can not collect the free land n bring an external builder, it is not acceptable.

4---- That since the above mentioned payments is towards the house project which commences immediately after payment is made, the payments is an authority for us to start your house with ur money and the house can only be sold after lintel level or finished stage, u can't come and say: sir I have an emergency can u give it back, since we have immediately used them to start ur house and no land buying involved u can only sell the property at the agreed first stage..

5---- That an initial deposit of 4M is payable at commencement for those who can't afford all 6.5M immediately, we will comence the work still but won't go far till the agreed balance is paid, price may increase if balance is not paid on time as the value of money is degraded daily.

THE HOUSE
The house to be built is a beautiful 4 bedroom pent house with attached BQ making 5 bedroom, three rooms down one room up. Pictures below

THE LOCATION
The location is Abuja airport road, lugbe on your way to airport from town by the left, behind Acco estate, lugbe south west...very flat land not far from express road

THE LAND SIZE
The land is 400sqm or more depending on First come first serve, some corner piece land sit on bigger plots.

This is a project born from a giving heart of the director, take advantage of it, we have at least 8 estates in Abuja alone, the rush is much already. Don't dull, make hay while the sun shines, do not wait till u are 65 to start building when all children are grown. This is the time.
