how about in a situation where the tenant who is a yearly tenant pays 6month rent at the expiration of his rent. Is it legal for the landlord to serve him quit notice on the 6months he paid. Or after the 6months. In such case what can the tenant do within the ambits of the law. Tnks

oga you have been scammed. This same thing happened to me although mine was at ikeja. We even wrote test and the letter we paid to get was sort of a direct employment letter. But alas after paying the 2500 we realised that it was a recommendation letter to Bleep company at diff locations mine was at surulere. Got there waited for over 1hr for the so called hr i was letter advised to drop my cv and the shit letter that they will get back to me.. you noticed i used we cos we where over 40 that day..Just forget about that job and look for another God will surely make a way for you. And I also believe that one day all these people that exploit job applicants meet their Waterloo and reap what they have been sowing.. Goodluck

The niger delta has suffered from years of neglect and greed from our leaders both at the federal, state, local and even community level. It is sad to note that the refineries that ought to be up and running have been deliberately crippled due to selfish interest of a few in this Country. The question then is this so called agitation by the ND youths for resource control not a baseless and fruitless wish?. If you are giving control of the oil what can you do with it. Our leaders and people that claim that they are fighting for our interest are only for their pockets and we still agitate?. People like tom polo, Asari dokubo etc from the ND only have ijaw agenda and not ND as a whole. And even the ijaws are still a selected few. Let us as country begin to look inward now that is clear that what we are looking for in Europe is in abundance here. Like someone suggested we should start exporting petroleum to african countries and this can be achieved if the refineries are revived and new ones built. And subsequently focus on other areas of wealth generation. PMB has a lot on his plate I think he ought to start working immediately ...

Pele. The screen broke Thursday morning, first thing I did after it happened was to call a friend to inform him of my intention to sell lol. There is a good chance that the screen might be cover by Lumia insurance though.
