The Niger Dra Militants were Nigerians, like IPOB or Oduduwas etc. The Niger Delta militants were agitating marginalization in distribution of oil blocks, oil resources, development of oil communities, inclusion of indigenous persons in oil exploration activities and getting relevant training. Without these they felt like the goose was laying golden eggs for others. However some of there activities could be considered as anti economic, anti social anti human.

And yes! I was wrapped very tightly in a bandage for two weeks, couldn't have a full bath because of that, only hot sponge bath. The doctor told me it'd prevent exactly what you're experiencing (swelling), and also to prevent your body from sending fluids to occupy the now-empty space. Drainage cups (likr in the picture) were also attached to the insides of both sides of my chest to collect any fluid that accumulated there. It took two weeks till the fluid collected by the cups was negligible and it was then that the doctor removed the bandage.
Also after removing the bandage i wasnt allowed to lift anything slightly heavy and to be frank that place still felt really tender, it took about 4 months for it to feel "strong".
I'm not sure what you should do so maybe see your doctor but my recommendation would be to get a compression vest at the very least.
Started feeling pain exactly a year ago during NYSC at Kano on my right breast, did some online inquiry and suspected Gynecomastia, as i wasn't so sure, i went to the community hospital and the Doctor said it's what i suspected, and said it was as a result of Hormonal imbalance, he gave me drug prescription, which i took to the Pharmacy and sadly they had just one of the three, as i wasn't sure of taking an incomplete dosage, i didn't buy the drug... Sadly while packing my stuffs at the end of the service year i left the drug prescribed for me at Kano, now it seems the Gynecomastia won't go, although there as been no real increase in the size, but i still can't wear tight hug shirts like i used to...... need an advice on what to do, and by the way am 23..... although a medical friend said it will go away with time, he's still a medical student though..
