Our amazing GPS Car tracking device is self-sustenance, yet easy to use. Especially, as it conveniently send the exact street addresses of vehicle locations when queried (via SMS). This is very unlike the other tracking devices which describes vehicle’s location as coordinates (Latitude, Longitude), which must be looked up on google map via the internet. In the absence of internet connection, google map cannot be accessed, so what sense can you possibly make of such location coordinates?
Our tracking device supports Dual Sim Cards (multiple cellular networks). Thus, reducing the chances of your vehicle entering network blind spots (areas with poor/no network coverage). As one cellular network fails, tracker automatically switches to the other.

How does it work?
This amazing car tracking device monitors the whereabouts of vehicles, by processing signals received from a network of satellites (called GPS). Tracking devices are first installed in the Vehicles. Vehicles can then be monitored, controlled and demobilized remotely on any mobile phone that can send and receive SMS (every mobile phone performs this basic function). By sending simple, user-friendly, SMS commands (like STOP, MONITOR, MOVE etc) to the tracker, users are able to monitor and control their vehicles with their mobile phones.
Can I track my vehicle by myself? (Who does the tracking?)
YES, you get to track and control your vehicle(s) all by yourself any time, any day. You don’t have to visit any control centre or call any customer care number. You can also employed us to the monitoring & tracking of your vehicle(s) for you, as we also offer fleet management service for our various clients who are interested with just annual fee. There are some companies who doesn’t have time to monitor their vehicles, we do the monitoring for them and send them the route & trip report every week/month.
Are there any Monthly or Annual Charges?
There are NO monthly or annual charges for (basic package) associated with this service, and there will never be. We do the installation of the tracker in your vehicle, train you on how to operate and manage the tracker, and you pay for installation. You only need how to recharge the Sim Cards in your tracker (just like you do with your mobile phones). Normal SMS charges apply for every text message. NOTE: this only applies to (Basic Installation Package). Pls, check our installation packages; to indicate which one is most suited you.
Can I communicate with the tracker from more than one mobile phone?
YES, the tracker can be configured to accept commands from 5 numbers. But, all numbers must first be authorized. This is a security measure, intended to protect users from hackers.
How long does Installation take? Installation takes about 2– 3 hours.
Why does Installation last this Long? Good installations require that all connections be made at locations which are not readily accessible, that the tracker and other components be kept out of sight and that the connecting wires be neatly taped and packed in a manner similar to those made at the factory. It takes time, experience and commitment to standards, to meet this minimum requirement.
Can Installation be done at my premises?
YES, we can run installation at your premises at a scheduled time.
Can I Pay after Installation?
YES, we accept payments after installations. But, it has to be immediately after installation and Terms/Condition apply.

Will I be Taught How to Operate the Gadget Myself?
YES, we will take our time to teach you how to operate the tracking device after installation. Anyone who can send simple SMS messages on a mobile phone can operate the it, remember!
Is it a Do It Yourself (DIY) solution. Can my Auto-Electrician handle the Installation?
Experienced Auto-Electricians, who have been working with similar security gadgets, can handle the installation. However, we strongly advise you schedule installation with us for 2 reasons; • Warranty does not cover human damages on the tracking gadgets. • It’s easier for criminals to locate and disconnect the tracking device when installation is poorly performed.
Can You Deliver Tracking device & Install it in my Location?

Can I Pay on Delivery/Installation? YES, we accept payment on installation & delivery only to some extent, provided the location address is within Lagos State, there is term & condition apply. And also not available for some packages.
What Cellular Networks are supported?
The tracking device has multi-network support. These gadgets work with every major cellular network in Nigeria (MTN, Atisalat, Glo, and WorldSIM). The choice of network is actually yours. Our tracker model supports dual SIM Card. Thus, reducing the chances of your vehicle entering blind area.
What if the tracking device is tampered with?
The device is equipped with sensors that detect when they are being tampered with. Usually, the operator is notified once anyone tries to manipulate or tamper with the device.
What happens when the vehicle’s battery is disconnected or runs down?
The gadgets are equipped with Rechargeable Lithium-Ion backup batteries which sustains them for a reasonable period of time. So, tracking activities still go on even when the vehicle battery is disconnected or runs out of charge. The tracking device will automatically switch over to the vehicle charging system once power supply is restored.

What types of Installation package do you have?
We have three different types of GPS Tracking Installation packages; Basic, Standard, and Premium,
Basic package:- This is for individual who want to secure and protect his/her car in case of unforeseen, such as arm robbery, car hijacker etc, this individual(s) are the sole rider of their vehicle and no one else, so they only need to secured and manage the security of their vehicle through their mobile phone sms only and other authorize user, in case of car- theft, so that they can use their phone to track and recover their vehicle even with themselves.
Standard Package:- This is for individual or family who has more than one vehicles and employed driver(s) to manage & drive all these vehicles to convey; family member, children to schools, on short or long trip. Also a family member who give their vehicle to their children, sibling to drive themselves, there is need to monitor where exactly where your family member is, also to monitor the activities & behavior of your driver who the safety of your family member is entrusted, to know exactly the speed rate, location at which your driver/children driven.
