Firstly will my age (28) be a factor to be denied a student visa from Canada especially to the fact I’m going in for my first degree ?

Secondly I came across an institution called University of Manitoba. How true is it that I don’t need to write IELTS and I can also pay my fees until I get there?

Thirdly if question one will be a problem for denial. What’s the solution if there is one

u have the new edition u r gud to go!! just tell to download it and fill and sign, just tell her she knows wat is pay stubs.yes the employment letter 4rm her job .she we also send her tax return form
(NOA2- notice of action 2 ) wen u get this it shows that ur petition is fully approved by NVC.. Nvc we nw send ur file to Lagos embassy(it takes one to two weeks)which u we start filling up ur ds-160 , medical ,pay d visa fee to gtb bank and book 4 ur interview appointment

ans1: she we fill it up and send to u by email or mail anyone is fyn once u get ur NOA2 approved she can send it along wit her Tax form recent 2 years or IRS transcripts,w2 form recent 2 years,(if possible bring 3 years worth), Employment Paystubs (typically the most- recent 3 months) , Job Letter (Verification of Employment) from Employer.. u don't need to send it wit d i-129f. All this has actually been helpful. I never knew about the G-1145 form which enables my lady to get notification from USCIS just imagine lol.. but thanks I appreciate. I have also gone through the format of how the cover letter should be stated,definitely another helpful info and also the video did a perfect justice... at least for the filing of the I-129F and can say I know what and what to do by assisting her to submit a well filled form...


base on the affidavit of support, she will just have to download and fill it . Also she has to send her tax form of 2 years or more alongside with her employment letter from her job/jobs right? What’s an employment paystubs? Cos I’m sure all these are stuffs she needs to get in place to send for me which I will take to my interview down here in Lagos?

Lastly the form edition on our I-129F is not 11/7/18 ,it’s the new date ...

Good day,we are almost done with filling of the form already.
So I was reading careful through this thread so I came across the term “affidavit of support” .
This affidavit of support will my fiancé have to submit alongside the I-129F or when she gets it she forwards it to me that I will take for my interview

Secondly how can she go about getting the affidavit of support? Is it like something she has to pay for before getting it ?


Thirdly what are major the documents my fiancé need attach to the I-129f


Lastly what’s the average month of processing by USCIS when we submit this December?

U can put self employed at the name of Employer.and put ur occupation at fashion designer..and the annual income should be above.$17240 and above ...if she doesn't make more than this she can use a joint sponsor.and one visit is cool hope u have much pictures ..u can use this link to see the household size..https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

I’m here again with another question lol .. it’s base on the screenshots showing chats conversation and also call logs.

1. So I wanted to know like from how many months should be screenshooted

2.the screenshot of both the call logs and conversation should be the same one to be take at the time of the interview or I being the beneficiary I take another set of screenshots probably recent ones before the interview

Thanks for your immediate respond I appreciate. Yes we took lots of photos even with my family as well. Despite the fact she came at the wrong time this year that restricted movement the following week she was here,the few days we went out we took enough photos .

Good morning everyone on here,I have few questions to ask those who have gone through the K-1 visa process or have a concrete idea about it. My fiancé came to Nigeria the second week in March this year and was meant to stay a week but in between her stay was when the airport closed down. So finally in April she got evacuated alongside most citizens from here.. So Cos of the Covid stuff we haven’t applied and also we wanted to wait Cos we knew their election was in November. But now we want to file Cos we have gradually fill the form from USCIS. So my questions aware


1. Due to her nature of her jobs she could only make a one visit which was this year. So is one visit okay enough to file?

2. Base on her income strength,what’s an okay monthly income bracket a petitioner need to have to prove they are financial buoyant to apply for the beneficiary? Or say what should be her annual income like

3. While we were filing the USCIS form there is a place stating “Beneficiary employment detail”,so I wanted to know what to put in there Cos I’m self employed. I’m a fashion designer. So should I put the name of the fashion brand or put my name.

Hope to get a swift reply from anyone willing to assist Cos I and my partner are wanting to send the document before the year ends . Thanks
