Hello Everyone, trust we're all having a splendid day. I have a question that requires an urgent response please. I got married last year December, my spouse's maiden name is same as my surname (she didn't bother to do change of name since the names are same). She is now applying for a UK study visa and I'm applying as her spouse. An agent told me they may think I'm her sibling or cousins trying to present false documents, how true is this and what's the best way to clarify that we are truly married and not siblings or cousins. |

Good evening everyone. My Dad’s friend wants us to come and pay him and his family a visit in the US, this is planned for next year june July. I’m from a family of 6 (father, mother, my 3 siblings and I) dad a lecturer, mum a government school teacher, I just graduated and my siblings are still in school, but we thinking of only 2 to 3 of us making the trip (i.e my dad and I/+ my sister). My questions: 1. Should the whole family apply for the visiting visa? 2. Does my Dad occupation show a strong tie to the country ? 3. Does the principal applicant need to have a traveling experience (he has only been to Mecca for pilgrimage) 4. Is June, July an acceptable time for visiting visa? 5. After being issued the visa, can only 2 of us eventually make the trip to US without being denied entry? 6. Do we need to take a flight that lands in the host’s state? Thanks as you respond to my questions |

The process is DIY friendly. Why will you want an agent to spoil your records and make them ban you from vising the UK...
