Hello Everyone, The Garden is God's Original plan for humans to prevent, manage and cure health Challenges. This is evident in Ancient Natural medicine practices. prevention is always better, cheaper than Cure, look Around you find different species of plants, Flowers and fruits. Ignorantly we cut them off, knowledge is power. The first Plant l Am bringing to you is Morinda Lucida, Yoruba call it ORUWO, its bitter though. I will upload the picture of the plants for easy Identification. it grows in many places even without planting. USES :Get fresh leaf, get some water and some salts to clean it because of air borne germs, squeeze and add little Water, drink. IT WORKS, : it prevent accumulation of too much Sugar, glucose in the body thereby making it impossible to experience Diabetes. It also good in managing Diabetes Melitus 1 and 2, but i it has to be taken for 2 weeks. Half glass a day.
