What you CAN check now: it's RERA-registered under a different name (Embassy Knowledge Park, not the marketing name), who the promoter is, and the escrow setup — 70% of payments are supposed to sit in escrow per RERA rules. My advice, wait till the first tower tops out before trusting anybody's take on quality, mine included. Ask for site visits once excavation starts, find out who's doing the structural work, and don't let renders fool you — renders always look premium, that's the whole point of them.
