Meanwhile, Pastor Jerry Eze is not the reason your friend is idle. The issue is, many Nigerians are naturally lazy and they cover up their laziness with being too religious to a fault and refuse to work or use their God given talent and wisdom to think and create a better life for themselves while waiting for miracle to make them rich.


Miracle exist. But you must not abandon your work or business or handwork in wait of a miracle that will turn your life around overnight. It is from what you do; the work of your hand that God will visit you with a miracle. You must have something that God will then multiply or use to bless you. God does not bless emptiness.


If you read your Bible very well, all the times Jesus performed miracle, He used something existing. When He turned water to wine at the famous wedding ceremony, He told them to fill the wine jars with water and he turned the water jars to wine.


When Jesus fed 5000 people, He asked the boy and those with fishes and bread to come forward with them, He then blessed the fish and the bread and they were multiplied that everyone ate to fill and still had leftovers.


When Jesus visited Simon Peter the fisherman, he was already fishing without success until Jesus met him and told him to cast his fishing net into the deep of the water and Peter couldn't carry the fishes that his net that could not catch any fish before caught such that he needed help to draw the net filled with fishes out.


When Elijah visited the woman (widow) of Zerepath, he multiplied what the woman already had in her house not emptiness.


So to all Nigerians and Christians reading my comment, please don't be idle or jobless and be seeking for God's miracle, you will never get a miracle until you get busy with something no matter how small, it is from that little thing that God will show up and bless you with a miracle if you have the faith for it.


But leaving your job or business or handwork or craft and be sleeping in Church or going from one crusade to another looking for God's miracle will only worsen your life misery because you can never get miracle being idle and jobless. Get something doing even if it's very small, just get busy with something and pray that God should bless the works of your hand and your miracle will come.


So op, please be careful with your words, don't castigate or ridicule Pastor Jerry Eze for leading people to Christ, he is not the cause of your friend's misery which stems from his being lazy and you may not also know what your friend is doing for a living, things can still turn around for him.
