Update-

This is my update after 2 weeks of my initial complaints with Fiberone.

Their engineers were able to detect the problem which was to increase my bandwidth from their backend, migrate me to a new portal and change my modem.

I can authoritatively say now that I am enjoying what I paid for and no complaints

One thing I’ve noticed with us is that we do not calm down to even talk to these companies about our issues with them and try to see how to solve it. Instead we go about bad-mouthing them online which leaves a very nasty image on prospective users (even when they are not that bad). Even if you later correct the bad impression by telling how they later solved your problem…it doesn’t erase the bad picture painted.

But I’m glad you’re one of the good guys who come back to write them good after solving your complaints. Some won’t even bother after writing them bad and spoiling their sales.
