Hello. Still in need of help

Hello, Good day everyone.
I need help please. I use a infinix hot 10.

1.
My apps that have browsers in it keep crashing anytime I open google search or try to search on google.

2. My chrome won't update no matter how many times I click update. I have tried alot of steps seen on the internet.

3. My latest xos update to the phone won't download either with wifi or mobile data no matter how many times I press resume ( see screenshot below).
