It's happening live on AIT. long live Nigeria, long live Tstv

nairanaira12:
And in d process, they doubled the sub fee from 1,900 to 3,800 because they add 3 new channels

even in this period that Nigerians are ditching them for tstv, there are still showing their greedy nature

cooldood:
It is a good development that another company is trying to give Nigerians a viable alternative to satellite television, it is a welcome development.

However I hope they have very unique service offerings that DSTV will not be able to match, cos if they're trying to compete based on pricing then they are on a long thing. Ask me why... Very simple - DSTV will just start offering cheaper services and similar features, that way millions of customers will rather continue with DSTV and before you know it,TSTV is dead. #customers win!
It's called price war! I hope TSTV is prepared for this,if not, then I say bye bye to TSTV before they even start.

even after the op took time to tell you that it will come with 20gb of data that will be used for browsing you still come out to type this junk ?

.....na wa o

BuhariNaWah:
It is no longer news that DSTV has got competition to contend with.
TSTV promised to take off by October 1st, and Nigerians are so anxious to go get their TSTV decoders, and do away with anything DSTV and GOtv, as the list of channels rolled out by TSTV seems to be so enticing and interesting.

I just hope these guys are ready for us?

Anyone knows where their outlets are in Edo state, Cos to hell with DSThiefV

oyb:
O yes, na wa for Nigerians. Do you have any idea what a launch means?

What value is a go live date if I cannot experience it?

If glo says they are launching 4g on October 1, their subscribers will be provided with 4g sims before launch date. If your proposed subscribers cannot access your service on launch date, then you have failed.

Naija style commissioning. It may be November before decoders are actually available. Small wonder they were wailing about a cabal. Already preparing for their failure

Oga who do u mean by saying the ones that show epl are not on TStv is it not what I'm seeing below? Pls don't say what you don't know

Chartey:
BeinSports has rights for MENA region. SuperSport has all pay TV EPL rights for Sub-Saharan Africa.
The only one TSTV can show is the free Saturday afternoon match. The BeinSports channels that even show EPL are not on TSTV. Nigerians are too gullible and would believe anything. This is just another MMM. I don't like monopolies but I must say DSTV Nigeria is one of the cheapest cable TV services in the world. Just nearby in Ghana, DSTV sub is more than double the prices in Nigeria for the same bouquets. Nigerians need to understand cable TV is a luxury yet DSTV has really tried to make it universally accessible despite creating expensive original content through Mnet and pouring billions into the African football leagues without much profit. Men ppl mst run cause dem must know say men na scam.
Speed wud be 2G curve 2 speed or 1G....35kb speed Lets wait and see 1st
Too much disturbance and hypes. Abegi

onos217:
Just like "HiTv",they will also come and go.

Chartey:
Let's wait and see.
I think we're being very unfair to DSTV.
We'll see whether TSTV will survive and invest as much as DSTV has into Nigerian showbiz and sports.

There's no place where two broadcasters have exclusive rights to the EPL. BeIn does not have rights to broadcast in Sub-Saharan Africa and I see SuperSport slamming heavy lawsuits.

luorquay:
Being sport 1-10 shows all the football in this world you wanna watch. Camps league, EPL, laliga, seria A, Brazilian league and almost all the football one can watch. I use CTL here in the south south so I can confirm it

computerboy:
It'll play but it'll be too slow with very low frame rates. You won't enjoy it

computerboy:

purplekayc:
