Government shouldn't have allowed them settle there in the first place. You allow people to settle in a place illegally, collecting taxes from them for decades then one day you stand up and say you want to chase them out. If it is illegal for them to occupy that place then all the taxes businesses have paid for that duration should also be returned to them. Two wrongs can not make a right. It takes nothing from government to resettle them somewhere. Abuja is big enough.
