Concerning your question, I have no answer to it. I feel the follow-up mail will do nothing because if they want people to resume January based on their timeline, your follow-up mail won't be able to change that.

Highest you will be assured that they have not forgotten you and you will be gotten back to when the time is right.

Okay thanks for this. So on the issue of delayed response from them, do you guys think it is wise to send them a follow-up mail?

I just hope we don’t have to wait till maybe march next year before they get back to us. And it’s sad that while we wait we are not even 100 percent sure of the pay. we just assume based on what we think or what we’ve heard from people who also tell us they are not sure. I have also heard from a friend that the pay is 80k training allowance and it will only be increased after the training which takes more than a year.
