Have been to Yobe state and can tell you that there is nothing there. Most of the figures in the Northern states I don't believe them.

You can't empower youth by massive scale corruption. Our leaders should be accountable. Due process. Rule of law. Separation of powers. Judiciary shouldn't be a pencil in the hands of politicians. We simply need a holistic approach.
