Adding my 2 cents. This route through Cairo don cast.

I was told that a lot of applicants from Africa got denied study/long term visas to Estonia today. Can't speak for applying through other locations (Dubai, Turkey) but consider the expense, or maybe secure a Schengen visa first then apply for a long term visa within Estonia.
