Who can help me on an information to edit my Biletaral Educational Agreement Schorlaship form where i made mistakes pls,

I hav an issue at hand though, i dont knw if this might affect me, i registered for the PG awards but the date of birth on my international passport is not same on my scholarship application form, though the error was made from the passport office. Now, my scholarship form bears my original date different frm wht is on my passport, i need advice pls, who can help out?

Pls, someone should help me with info if a date of birth difference on my international Passport and scolarship form would affect my chances of been selected, bc the mistake was made from the passport office, how do i go about it?
