Please can I get the consulate mobile number so I can verify something because the mail I sent to them a long time has not being answered.

While I was waiting for Zab statement, I reached preliminary review and they asked me to upload the zab statement, I replied them that I am still waiting for it, then after 2weeks I saw application couldn't process on my dashboard. Should start afresh or is there a way I can upload and get appointment when the Zab statement is out.
