I was a student of Benson Idahosa University 97/98 Session, then referred to as Institute of Continuous Learning. The university was then an affiliate of University of Benin. After one week and some days that N25,000.00 transcript fee was paid in November 2018, I was told that they cannot find my file. All effort to reach the authorities on mail have proved abortive. I am using this medium to reach whoever know the authorities of the school to look into this challenge for amicable resolution please. I studied Diploma in Accounting then. Thank you.

You would get affidavit in the state you live. I am in Ibadan. It's 1k at Ringroad, beside High court of justice. In front of the yaba office, the woman does it for 2k. She's knowledgeable on everything.

Along the road leading to waec office it's there in a shop with glass, they do waec and neco registration. It's 2k.
Few shops still sell it in Ibadan. Check well in Abeokuta.

You can get it at shops around you. You know a lot of people selling waec and neco scratch card would still have it since it was stopped last year.
If not for money, I wouldn't buy the one I bought because it was waste of money eventually.
It was 2k for the silver panel scratch card, the kind of airtime card you scratch. Meanwhile I bought the other one 700.
So check shops around before you go to yaba. It's 2k there. It should be less in your area.

What about the scratch card

Hello, I recently got the waec scratch card and it's a quite easy process.
First there are 2 categories for the waec school certificate and the GCE certificate holders.
For school cert:
You would need 2 envelopes, about 3 passport photographs, original waec result, scratch card, photocopy and an affidavit. The affidavit should contain the candidate name, exam number, year of exam, subjects passed, credit obtained, etc.
The gce cert holder would need 2 envelopes, about 3 passports, letter of attestation from an imam/pastor, the waec certificate and photocopy, affidavit and scratch card.

This is done only at the yaba office.
You would need to pay for courier or postal service. Postal service as at November 2018 was 1800. Then courier varied from 8500-10k. I used the one of 8500,aramex.

Please bear in mind that waec no longer produces scratch cards with silver panel so I had to buy the paper type. I have not received a report but a friend who did same thing, sent me a screenshot that her waec scratch card was not received by WES. I would advise you buy the old type of scratch card.
