Dell Latitude 5480 , when power button is pressed, an orange light blinks twice and 1 whitel blinks 3 times , the fan picks up and later goes off , it won't display at all.

Before , it use to display and show BIOS something. A technician recommend I change SSD but after changing it. It worked for a while and its worse than before. Old ssd works on another pc well.

What can be done?

Kindly help or recommend a better technician in i can just drop for checking.

I have a relative there that has given some info, though she has been there for long, [b][/b]but also want to here from others expentially with the present visa lifting.

Let me tell you the very honest truth, I have lived in UAE for 6yrs .

Its a complex situation at this time.

Visas are not GOING for those outside- if you like pay 1 billion naira, except you have another country passport.

I will advise you to look at qatar , don't believe those hawking qatar 2yrs visa too.

If you have a valid Uk canada AU EU visa, you can get a qatar tourist visa

In my area during rainy season, just a couple of feet below the surface, and you'll hit the ground water table. If you now add more rainfall to this mix, in addition to our clay soil, erosion and land slide will virtually backfill that hole before dry season. Just saying...

I don't know about other regions, but in my area if you try this, then you should be ready to spend again on excavation by the time dry season arrives.

Yes its not final but the land is abit soft to excavate manually except you wanna hire a machine[ whichever is cheaper].

You can start excavating now to your preferred depth while the soil is softer now.

Leave the main block setting till dry season.

Qatar may be a better option but if you have means - go to first world countries.
