Q. what should be done if a sizeable number of candidates, in fact two centers, copied themselves, word for word, and it's even still jargon?
Also, it looks like the answer booklets were filled by a small group of people, the handwriting on most are the same.

Assaalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa baraakatuhu!
(May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allaah be with you!)

It is permissible for the husband and the wife to enjoy each other during the night of the fasts, but it is absolutely impermissible and forbidden for them to have sexual relations with each other during the fasting hours.

Allah سبحانه و تعالى (Glory to Him, the Most High) says:

اُحِلَّ لَـکُمۡ لَيۡلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ اِلٰى نِسَآئِكُمۡ​ؕ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّـكُمۡ وَاَنۡـتُمۡ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنَّ ؕ عَلِمَ اللّٰهُ اَنَّکُمۡ كُنۡتُمۡ تَخۡتَانُوۡنَ اَنۡفُسَکُمۡ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَعَفَا عَنۡكُمۡۚ فَالۡـٰٔنَ بَاشِرُوۡهُنَّ وَابۡتَغُوۡا مَا کَتَبَ اللّٰهُ لَـكُمۡ وَكُلُوۡا وَاشۡرَبُوۡا حَتّٰى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَـكُمُ الۡخَـيۡطُ الۡاَبۡيَضُ مِنَ الۡخَـيۡطِ الۡاَسۡوَدِ مِنَ الۡفَجۡرِ​ؕ ثُمَّ اَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ اِلَى الَّيۡلِ​ۚ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُوۡهُنَّ وَاَنۡـتُمۡ عٰكِفُوۡنَ فِى الۡمَسٰجِدِؕ تِلۡكَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰهِ فَلَا تَقۡرَبُوۡهَا ؕ كَذٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّٰهُ اٰيٰتِهٖ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُوۡنَ
It has been made lawful for you to go in to your wives during the night of the fast. They are your garment, and you are theirs. Allah knows that you used to betray yourselves and He mercifully relented and pardoned you. So you may now associate intimately with your wives and benefit from the enjoyment Allah has made lawful for you, and eat and drink at night until you can discern the white streak of dawn against the blackness of the night; then (give up all that and) complete your fasting until night sets in.
{Surat al-Baqarah:187]

If one does have intercourse with his wife while he is fasting, then he must atone for this transgression by either freeing a slave, (and if he cannot afford to do that) by fasting for two months consecutively, (and if he does not have the force to do that) by feeding sixty poor people. This would be the kaffarah or atonement for having sexual intercourse while one is fasting.

Abu Hurairah reported:

A man came to the Messenger of Allah صلي الله عليه وسلم (peace and blessings be upon him and said: "I am destroyed, O Messenger of Allah !" The Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What has destroyed you?" He said, "I had intercourse with my wife during a day of Ramadan." The Prophet asked: "Are you able to free a slave?" He said, "No". The Prophet asked: "Is it possible for you to fast for two consecutive months?" He said, "No." The Prophet asked: "Is it possible for you to feed sixty poor people?" He said, "No." The Prophet said: "Then sit." A basket of dates was brought to the Prophet and he said to the man: Give this in charity. The man said: "To someone poorer than us? There is no one in this city who is poorer than us!" The Prophet smiled until his molar teeth could be seen and said: "Go and feed your family with it."
Related by Muslim and Bukhari.

Regarding the ruling on hugging, or kissing, etc., there are several narrations from the authentic Sunnah whereby it is recorded that the Messenger of Allah صلي الله عليه وسلم (peace and blessings be upon him) would touch and kiss some of his wives while he was fasting; thus the scholars are unanimous in their opinion that touching, hugging, or kissing ones wives during fasts does not invalidate or break the fast as long as it will not come to a point of having intercourse or ejaculating.

It is reported that 'Aishah رضي الله عن (may Allah be pleased with her) said:

"The Prophet (saws) would kiss and embrace while he was fasting, for he had the most control of all of you over his desires."

Umar said:

"I was excited one time and I kissed [my wife] while I was fasting. I went to the Prophet and said: 'Today I committed a horrendous act--I kissed while I was fasting.' The Prophet asked: 'What do you think of rinsing with water while fasting?' I said: 'There is nothing wrong with that.' The Prophet said: 'Then what is the question about?'"

My guy helped a random woman type her project overnight when he met her at a business centre because nobody had time for her, it was filled up, deadline was the next day and he didn't take a dime.

1 month later, her husband got him a job at NECO after 2 years of unemployment. I was so happy for him as I went through his appointment letter. He kept saying his instincts told him to help the woman and he didn't know why. This is somebody that I know that loves money.

Only you can decide where to gatecrash. I know for sure English will be marked in Obanikoro. The time they start each day will be communicated to you by team leader after the first day of coordination.

Attendance is very important. They will not pay you.

Firstly: As a gatecrasher. Don't be discourage and same time you should be. You can only get parcel to mark if and only if old timers are been cleared because those that have been marking like DeanOlamide have my own parcel Number and which nobody, I mean nobody can claim except me. it's when am not present until after the last day of co-ordination and have been contacted then and then will they give my parcel out to any gatecrasher. I mean until all old markers has been cleared and given their parcel then and then the gatecrasher will be consider for anything, remember they still do their political stuff in it, give to who I know first before u wey them no know go seen and the following will be consider if you as a gatecrasher will get parcel to mark.

Attendance is compulsory because during the three days coordination attendance will be taken and this is what will be used as yardstick to consider you further.
Your certificate should be intact, not photocopy I mean original to be seen and approve by the center WAEC co-ordinator..

Secondly: About the pay, it varies by subject as Waec pay some subject higher than others.. English remain the highest pay, literature Maths, Physic and Chemistry follows like that. You don't expect to mark Biology, CRS and others and be paid equally. Waec won't chest you and also you don't have degree in Home Economics and you want to mark English, sorry you will not be given any parcel, your fate is in Home Economics

Thirdly: Compulsory coordination for three days and you must be present and attendance will be taken, old timers are safer here and gatecrasher are taken seriously, I mean seriously. Your chances as gatecrasher depends on the old timers not present or some people drops that is when you should have hope. Am not scaring you out but it's the plain truth.. WAEC don't need novice to handle their script.

Finally, Damaged, missing, mutilated scripts then you find yourself in the police net without negotiations. Even on your sick bed, WAEC will come and collect their script, even in Your grave they won't spare your corpse for their script, they will wake you up and collect their scripts then you can rest in peace.

In 2012, when my team leader died last year during marking WAEC only came the following morning to retrieve their script and not even sorry from them. it was not a surprise to me because my first year of even supervising WAEC in 2010. A supervisor had a serious accident in Onitsha and was rushed to Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Asaba, WAEC still came to collect their script Infact with armed police officers in the hospital.
So those thinking coming to mark or gatecrash is something as easy as they think should think twice before they venture into it, because if anything happen to their script, your guess is as good as mine. Bitter truth.
