Like for travels and a lil stipend to take along when he is going.

Also, if the loan is covering the total cost of attendance and he didn't get financial support from his parent or uncle, its a red flag.

Hello guys,
I helped a friend gain admission in my school here in USA.
But we have a little problem on sponsorship and I am thinking of getting him a student loan.
We got a cosigner for him already, we just waiting to start the process of the loan.
Does he stand a better chance of getting the visa if he gets a student loan from Naija ?
I need your views on this my people.

I am presently filling the DS-160 form, but I am stuck on the present occupation section.
Please I need your view on that.
I finished youth service December 2017 and I haven't had anything tangible doing since then.
My January to March was used to prepare and write my GRE exams.
April till now, I have been in London ever since helping my aunt out.
So whats your advice on what to fill in the present occupation section?
