I am seriously led to talk on one major cause of divorce and domestic violence in some homes. Many think that the major cause of divorce hinges on infidelity but No... As a lawyer, based on the matrimonial causes I have handled and the research so far, I have come to realize that one of the most fraught issues of marriage which carries the most conflict is MONEY. Elizabeth Cronise Mclaughtin stated some facts to solve in respect to the most fraught issue in relationship and I saw good reasons with her, these are questions couples and intended couples needs to ask themselves even when there is too much money because life is also about accountability, discipline, checks and balances. Thus, questions like this needs to be asked: 1. How do we feel about sharing our money? 2. Do you want shared bank account? 3. What about shared investment? 4. If one of you owns a business, will it become joint property? 5. If one of you stands to inherit substantially; how will that money be treated in your partnership.etc Does either of you feels that one is necessary?. These can be very trick conservation, but saying present to each other's needs and breathing through the emotions we attach to money can help to create a shared path towards the healthiest financial future for both of you. Don't be shy, shameful or deceitful to tell your partner . For the singles, once you marry don't shy away by not spelling things out because it will save you from future stress and all that. As you marry know that your first ever owned company is your FAMILY. For instance am married to Mr. Chijioke. Our family which is our first prestigious company becomes MR & MRS JIOKE & Co unlimited. We have our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) which is God, General Manager (GM) which is my husband and Managing Director (MD) which is me (the wife), then set on how this company can be successfully run by deliberating and drafting out the plans and strategies. There are a lot to talk about in this prestigious company called FAMILY. And every ones opinion counts before coming into a conclusion on any plan and never you discuss family issues with an outsider if you havn't discuss that with your partner, always get him/her involved in all your affairs because your partner is your better-half and if your partner is failing in this aspect, win him/her by your conduct by consistently doing the right thing for doing good is contagious (Infectious). above all, don't forget that second marriage is not cure for divorce but second chance to get the requisite knowlegde and carefully acting on them.
