Have you ever traveled International at all? You need documentations to enter the terminals first talkless planes heading to the country of destination talkless of entering country without said documentations. Nigeria is not a country where one can leave by just saying I'm British without proof to support such. Even both the British and the American government do not allow their own citizens into their country without any documents to support they are citizens of the country talkless of Isreal accepting someone just by word of mouth alone. If such is possible, many of us would have left Nigeria years ago. You clearly have never left Nigeria's shores or even visited an international terminal at all.
We are not arguing whether or not he can reapply for his British documentations; we're arguing whether he had it or not when he left Nigeria shores, which he did not. Keep up with what the conversation is on.
