Chief, my main timeframe is the H1 and if you go back to the last page, you'll find the post close to the end or the page.

If you go through my posts as far back as May, you'll see my HTF has been the H1. I wasn't counter trend trading grin

this is just one of those days where your strategy gets taken for a spin by the market.

If i may ask, what timeframe go you use?

I'm reluctant about EJ because of the spike that broke my supply zone. I don't know if the zone's still valid so I'm sitting on my hands.

EU currently running +50
GJ TP
EJ didn't get filled.
UJ hit SL, but the price action still looks bearish, so I'll see what comes of that tomorrow.

Below is my Gold setup, I feel there's no clear price action yet, but I were to pick a side, I'll choose bulls because there's a CHoCH and imbalance needs to be filled. Those are M5 OB's for possible reversal areas.

Until tomorrow, I won't be looking for entries. I'm done for the week, anything henceforth will be just from a relaxed POV.

Las Las, market news mostly follows technicals.

Except EU that hit SL, and Gold that's still running +115 pips, well the other setups hit TP.

Spread decided to favour my SL today. But I'm not happy because I didn't account for the spread. It's something I've taken note of to prevent against it happening without me doing what I can to avoid it.

EU CHoCH forming. I was in profit and then the whole thing reversed. Due to certain conditions, I couldn't even check the charts until tonight. Same with Gold. Henceforth, I will be targeting only the most recent high or low depending on the trade call.

You see where his TP's at? From that TP at green candle there, till the wick/ low of the next candle is the imbalance.

Yea you right … it keeps repeating itself.. but you must have an eagle eye to spot imbalance and sharp sense to see where liquidity has built up.
Still refining my Liquidity and imbalance concept on a demo.

This is why I won't be Selling GU... See the liquidity built up. It's the same with GJ, and GJ is on it's way to my SL already.

Ideally, I won't take the trade on GJ, but it's a demo account I decided to see if it'll play out as expected. And it did.

Same here. I feel that it's only Imbalances and liquidity that moves the market. Imbalances happen because of news events and when there's no news... That's when markets generate liquidity in order to take it out when it creates the next imbalance via news.

You'd go to tools. Select rectangle. Draw it on your chart. Hold the drawn rectangle and customize it to whatever colour you like and save it. Same with any other tool you need
